To my Valued Patients,
It is with a mixture of sadness and anticipation that I announce the closing of my dental practice upon my retirement December 15, 2020.
I have been honored to be a part of your dental care. I have enjoyed developing a relationship with you and this decision to retire is a bittersweet decision. I have been in dentistry since I was 16 years old, working with my dad as a dental assistant, then a dental hygienist. I have been a dentist since 1978. I am now almost 71 years old and I just feel it’s time to retire while my health is good and Kenneth and I can enjoy time off.
At the time of my retirement, I will retain your records for 5 years. You may choose a dentist of your choice. For questions about how to retrieve your dental records or a referral, please call our office at (806) 828-5873 by December 31, 2020. After that date you may e-mail a request to: email@example.com
A large part of my enjoyment in the practice of dentistry has been the relationship I have with my patients. I have gotten to know you and have been blessed to hear about your life experiences. I will truly miss this relationship.
If I can help you before I retire, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Donna Winchester, D.D.S.
